Hello, I'm Shuiken. Alongside my property development work, I’m also a lawyer specialising in personal injury litigation. In the past, I’ve practised in property litigation, contract disputes, and landlord-tenant matters. That mix of experience gives me a rounded perspective on property, understanding both the legal frameworks that shape it and the practical realities of building and regeneration. It’s a foundation that continues to inform and strengthen the property projects I take on today.

I’m someone who values structure, clarity, and process. I believe that having defined processes and attention to detail aren’t just nice-to-haves: they’re what make projects thrive.
